Lianiki Waterfall is located in Gera Village, Mego District, Sikka Regency. It is 45 km from the city of Maumere.
The location is still very isolated. To get to the location, we can walk from the village of Gera, passing through community gardens and protected forests.
We can also go through Behera village, by following the Tiwukopo River to the Lianiki waterfall above it.
The uniqueness of this waterfall is in a solid stone wall.
After arriving at the location, we have to walk down the cliff alley by climbing a bamboo bridge.
From inside the stone wall passageway, we can hear the roar of a waterfall falling into its reservoir.
In front of him there is a door formed from a cliff wall that directs us to enter the waterfall.
The breeze and fresh air will be felt when you are in the location of the waterfall.
Lianiki Waterfall flows all year round, even though it is dry season.
The reservoir is quite deep, so visitors can swim
and do cliff jumping at this location.
To get there, it is advisable to bring enough supplies and clothes for those who want to enjoy the fresh water in the reservoir.
